Good Morning and Happy Monday to you

Here is a little peek at what I was up to this weekend...

Photo 1. Sunset Picnic

As we don't have any yard with our apartment, we result to hanging around the local park.  Usually there isn't an issue with not having a yard (besides me getting antsy for fresh air) but as it's Andy's Big City Adventure #4, we've resulted to walking in the park at least three times a day.  Andy is also used to having his own yard to play in, so I was feeling bad that he hasn't had the chance to flop down in the grass since he's been with us.  We decided to have a picnic in the park on Saturday evening.  This included drinks for all (water for the pup and Pimm's with lemonade for the adults), a picnic blanket, and a really long lead for Andy.  To say he enjoyed himself is an understatement.  We staked his chain a bit too close to the blanket so he ended up having fun walking all the way around us trapping us with his cord - silly pup!

Photo 2. Study Sesh

When I don't know the answer to a question I usually will google it - and it is no exception when it comes to taking online quizzes and exams.  For the past few years I've noticed a website called Quizlet which allows you make your own study set which is essentially making your own flash cards.  After basically being done with University, I decided I'll finally give it a try for my last class.  I spent a few hours mocking up different study sets for chapters in my book.  Hopefully this'll work easier than using other peoples study sets or looking up everything in the book to double check my work!

Photo 3. The Gentlepup

My pup has been sporting a slip on the collar bow-tie for the past three or four years.  I think he is the cutest little thing with his bow-tie on and he always looks so classy!  Last year, I noticed the elastic on his accessory was starting to wear thin and I started looking for a new one with no luck.  I was told about two weeks ago that it the bow-tie actually fell off the elastic bit leaving Andy without his favorite accessory (oh no!).  When at Target I checked, per usual, to see if there were any his size that looked good and VOILA!  I found this cute little blue and yellow number!!  If you're looking to get your pet a bow-tie, collarflower (slip on flowers), or really any pet item my suggestion is to look at Boots & Barkley.

I hope your weekend was equally as lovely, but for now I'm off to get this week started!
